Basis for two French films noir: "Les femmes s'en balancent" ["Dames Get Along," "Dames Don't Care," "The Women Couldn't Care Less"] (France, 1954) and "Slecnám nic nevadí" (Czechoslovaki, 1971, TV movie).

Spine lean, spine gilt and topstain darkened, overall Very Goood In a Fair dust jacket, worn and creased but complete apart from a chunk missing at the rear spine fold, and with numerous cello tape repairs to the verso. See image.
